On a daily basis, this position will guide prospective graduate students through the application process from interest to admission while maintaining the integrity of the University and compliance of the policies and procedures that govern the Graduate College and have been set forth by the Graduate School Executive Committee. This position oversees that graduate admissions processes are correctly managed for the Banner, Ellucian Saas, Banner, BDM, and other systems. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all electronic admissions records. Responsible for managing the admissions applications for the largest graduate program on campus, Education, Arts & Sciences, Agriculture & Human Ecology, Nursing (including ETSU), and Emerging and Integrative Technologies. Will participate in recruitment activities.

Oversees the graduate admissions and application workflow for colleges within the university including Education, Agriculture & Human Ecology, Nursing (including ETSU Joint program), Emerging and Integrative Technologies, and Arts & Sciences. Provides technical expertise in managing multiple software applications including, Banner, BDM, Argos, Ellucian Saas and other systems. Evaluates applications for admission, following university guidelines and requirements as needed. Works closely with departments to ensure all criteria is met for admissibility, provides departments with student applications and documentation, coordinates admissions decisions from department to applicant. Assists in resolving issues, both in systems, and in applicant issues. Coordinates change of major, change of admission term, and readmission applications. Trains other admissions personnel. Primary contact and collaborator for Banner and Ellucian Saas with EM admissions, TTU ITS, ETSU admissions, and Banner technical support. Supports colleges in their marketing efforts including CRM and Communication Plan management. Will manage several recruitment efforts.
8:00-4:30 and as needed during peak times.

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in business, education or related field. Four years of relevant full-time professional work experience.
