As the Senior Project Manager, you will report directly to executive leadership and take full ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead multiple ground-up and renovation projects, primarily in the public sector
- Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractor performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and inspectors
- Drive risk management, cost controls, and quality standards
- Mentor junior project managers and field staff as the team scales
- Collaborate closely with preconstruction and operations leadership
- Uphold the company's client-first, relationship-driven approach

For the Senior Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Strong background delivering state, municipal, or public works projects
- Experience with education or school construction strongly preferred
- Proven ability to run projects independently without heavy oversight
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Proficiency with standard construction management software and scheduling tools
- A culture-first mindset aligned with long-term relationship building
- Base salary: $120,000-$140,000
